These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Gravity Guess ("the Game"), a daily physics prediction game operated from South Africa. By accessing or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

Description of Service

Gravity Guess is a free, browser-based daily physics prediction game. Each day, a new puzzle is generated for all players worldwide. The Game requires no account creation, no downloads, and no personal information. All game data (scores, streaks, statistics) is stored locally on your device using your browser's localStorage.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Game only for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Game
• Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or manipulate the game mechanics or scoring system
• Misrepresent your scores or game results when sharing
• Use the Game in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Game or its infrastructure

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, graphics, and game mechanics of Gravity Guess are the intellectual property of the Game's creators. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Game without prior written consent. The daily sharing feature (score cards and emoji grids) is intended for personal sharing on social media and messaging platforms.

Third-Party Services

The Game uses the following third-party services:

• Matter.js - Open-source physics engine for game simulation
• Vercel - Web hosting and analytics
• Google AdSense - Advertising (subject to Google's Privacy Policy)
• Web3Forms - Contact form submission

These services have their own terms and privacy policies which apply when you interact with them.

Data and Privacy
